Scuderia Ferrari announced that in the next Formula One racing season Charles Leclerc will drive for the Team. He will drive alongside Sebastian Vettel.

The announcement came minutes after the news that Kimi Raikkonen will leave Ferrari at the end of 2018. The Finnish driver will join Sauber for the next two years.
Charles Leclerc to drive for Scuderia Ferrari in 2019
Charles Leclerc was a member of the Ferrari driver academy. In 2016 he became a development driver for Haas and Ferrari. Meanwhile, the Monegasque won the title in GP3. In 2017 he also won the Formula 2 championship. This season Leclerc made his Formula 1 debut with Sauber. In the 14 races until now he has 13 points and is 15th in the general classification.
